Mental Health &
Executive Function Coaching

My Approach & Experience

Rooted in a DIY, harm reduction, community care ethos, I believe everyone is the expert on their own experiences. Whatever you're going through, you don't have to do it alone. My identities—trans, abolitionist, neurodivergent, disabled, chronically ill, anti-zionist, and queer—deeply inform my approach to healing and coaching. I operate from an anti-racist, anti-carceral, anti-capitalist, disability justice informed framework. I am kink and body positive, support sex workers, practice non-monogamy, and oppose all forms of prisons, policing, and borders. I think struggling in an unwell society is a sign of humanity, not illness.

I've worked in the mental health field for over a decade with a background in crisis care, suicidality, nature based healing, creative therapy, and various other modalities. I hold certifications in peer support, harm reduction, and trauma-informed somatic work. I look forward to working with queer and trans individuals, and welcome cishet allies as well.  My practice is guided by anti-oppressive ideology.

My experience includes but is not limited to:
  • Neurodivergent folks (ADHD, AuDHD, Autistic folks, and other experiences of neurodivergence)
  • Teaching skills and hacks for ADHD and executive dysfunction
  • People who experience alternative realities, including seeing visions and hearing voices
  • Trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, and BPD
  • People who experience mania or manic episodes
  • Survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and abuse
  • People who have experienced abuse by mental health professionals, including inpatient treatment, wellness calls, or nonconsensual hospitalizations
  • Queer and Trans folks and people figuring out their gender identities & sexuality
  • People who experience anxiety and depression
  • People who are disabled and chronically ill
  • Folks with long covid, people who are still taking covid precautions
  • People who experience dysphoria or dysmorphia
  • Sex Workers
  • Folks who practice kink and bdsm
  • All types of non monogamous relationship configurations, couples, polycules, families
  • People who self-harm (or have a history)
  • People who rely on substances
  • People who have attachment wounds, or who do not have relationships with their family of origin
  • Religious trauma
  • Witchy people with different spiritual practices, practitioners of magic, tarot, ancestor worship, earth worship, folk practices, etc
  • Folks who experience suicidality
  • Asylum seekers and refugees
  • People whose modes of survival are criminalized
  • People targeted by state oppression or state violence
  • People of the global majority
  • Activists and people engaged in organizing and direct action
  • Anti-zionists, including Anti-zionist Jews with complicated family dynamics around the ongoing genocide

As a white practitioner, I am dedicated to an lifelong practice of educating myself about race, gender, ability, and systemic oppression so my clients aren't burdened with teaching me about their lived reality. I educate myself and also refrain from making assumptions about anyone's culture, religion, identity, or experiences.  My goal is to create a trusting, hopeful, and honest space. I don't believe in pathologizing or criminalization of people's identities or modes of survival.

For over a decade I have worked in many support and care roles.  I've worked as a one to one aid for people with disabilities, as a case manager in a domestic violence shelter, and I've crafted tools to assist people in making crucial changes to their lives.  Change is hard, and scary, and doesn't have to be an abrupt, all at once kind of thing.  We can work together to introduce new ideas, habits, practices, and changes to your life.  Whatever it is that has you feeling stuck, stagnant, disappointed, disconnected, or unhappy with your current reality, we will work together to come up with a plan to increase the things that bring joy, decrease the things that bring suffering, and help you to better understand yourself.

Coaching sessions are $120 an hour with sliding scale spots lower and higher, at $60, $80, $100, $140, $160, $180, $200, $220, $240, and $260 depending on access needs.  I work with clients remotely, and see clients from any state or country.  I conduct sessions in English, and can provide closed captions.  We can also make use of the chat function for clients who are non verbal or do not feel comfortable saying certain things out loud.

As of 5/22/25 the $60 and $80 tiers are full (with exceptions for asylum seekers, refugees, Palestinians, and Black Trans folks who need a lower fee spot).

Supportive Coaching for Parents of LGBTQIA+ Youth

If you are raising a child who is queer, trans, non-binary, gender non conforming, asexual, or falls anywhere else under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella, I can work with you to understand their unique needs.  The bitter reality is that LGBTQIA+ youth have much higher rates of suicide, intimate partner violence, and can experience immense hardships, but having supportive families decrease these risks drastically.  As a trans, non-binary, queer, pansexual, genderqueer professional, I would be happy to answer all of your questions, and work to ensure that our LGBTQIA+ youth feel safe, loved, and affirmed.

1 hour sessions, $150.  This is the at cost price, please see the Economic Justice tab to figure out your payment.
