My Approach & Experience
Rooted in a DIY, harm reduction, community care ethos, I believe everyone is the expert on their own experiences. Whatever you're going through, you don't have to do it alone. My identities—trans, abolitionist, neurodivergent, disabled, chronically ill, anti-zionist, and queer—deeply inform my approach to healing and coaching. I operate from an anti-racist, anti-carceral, anti-capitalist, disability justice informed framework. I am kink and body positive, support sex workers, practice non-monogamy, and oppose all forms of prisons, policing, and borders. I think struggling in an unwell society is a sign of humanity, not illness.
I've worked in the mental health field for over a decade with a background in crisis care, suicidality, nature based healing, creative therapy, and various other modalities. I hold certifications in peer support, harm reduction, and trauma-informed somatic work. I look forward to working with queer and trans individuals, and welcome cishet allies as well.
As a white practitioner, I am dedicated to educating myself about race, gender, ability, and systemic oppression so my clients aren't burdened with teaching me about their lived reality. My goal is to create a trusting, hopeful, and honest space. I don't believe in pathologizing or criminalization of people's identities or modes of survival.
For over a decade I have worked in many support and care roles. I've worked as a one to one aid for people with disabilities, as a case manager in a domestic violence shelter, and I've crafted tools to assist people in making crucial changes to their lives. Change is hard, and scary, and doesn't have to be an abrupt, all at once kind of thing. We can work together to introduce new ideas, habits, practices, and changes to your life. Whatever it is that has you feeling stuck, stagnant, disappointed, disconnected, or unhappy with your current reality, we will work together to come up with a plan to increase the things that bring joy, and decrease the things that bring suffering.
My experience includes but is not limited to: neurodivergent folks, teaching skills and hacks for adhd and executive dysfunction; people who experience realities outside of consensus reality including seeing visions and hearing voices; survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and abuse; Queer and Trans folks and people figuring out their identities; people who experience anxiety and depression; people who are disabled and chronically ill including folks with long covid; people who experience dysphoria or dysmorphia; Sex Workers, folks who practice kink and bdsm, and all types of non monogamous relationship configurations; people who self harm or have relationships with substances that they'd like to shift; witchy people with different spiritual practices; and folks who experience suicidality.
Coaching sessions are $120 an hour with sliding scale spots lower and higher, at $60, $80, $100, $140, and $160, depending on access needs.

Supportive Coaching for Parents of LGBTQIA+ Youth
If you are raising a child who is queer, trans, non-binary, gender non conforming, asexual, or falls anywhere else under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella, I can work with you to understand their unique needs. The bitter reality is that LGBTQIA+ youth have much higher rates of suicide, intimate partner violence, and can experience immense hardships, but having supportive families decrease these risks drastically. As a trans, non-binary, queer, pansexual, genderqueer professional, I would be happy to answer all of your questions, and work to ensure that our LGBTQIA+ youth feel safe, loved, and affirmed.
